How the chore board works

1. Interact with the board to see up to four active tasks.
2. Complete a task → cash ticks toward the night allowance.
3. Finished slots refresh with remaining chores from the nine-task pool.

Full reported chores list

1. Make Coffee

Kitchen / counter route. Short interaction — good opener when knock audio is quiet. Pass the oven on the way so you can glance for Firefighter smoke tells (house checks).

2. Cook Tomorrow’s Lunch

Kitchen prep task. Slightly longer than coffee. Stay near laptop-adjacent rooms early night so you can sprint to the door cam. Do not finish cooking animations during a knock spike after 4 AM.

3. Do the Dishes

Sink / kitchen loop. Watch for brown or dirty-water cues that overlap City Maintenance tells. Stack with coffee/lunch when the board offers kitchen clusters.

4. Clean the Kitchen

Broader kitchen tidy. Excellent tell drill: oven, sink, and return path toward living room CCTV. If Sanity is already low, prefer short kitchen chores over distant yard tasks (sanity survival).

5. Clean Your Room

Bedroom tidy. Medium travel. Use it to practice hall movement without losing porch awareness — peek laptop before starting long room cleans.

6. Clean Your Parents’ Room

Parents’ bedroom. Often farther from the door. Best before 3 AM when knock density is lower. Abort immediately on knock SFX and resume after a safe reject/admit.

7. Clear Spider Webs

Ceiling / corner clears around the house. Good for learning vertical look and hall corners. Pair with window cleaning when both appear on the board of four.

8. Clean the Windows

Window wipe interactions. Keep an eye on exterior audio — some knocks overlap window-facing rooms. Never leave the porch light in the wrong state while finishing a window animation.

9. Water the Plants

Plant / yard or indoor plant spots. Highest interrupt risk if plants sit far from laptop. Defer after 4 AM unless you need the last dollars for a planned shop buy.
